OUR MISSION & VISION
Our Mission
To improve health outcomes across East Africa through comprehensive programs spanning primary healthcare, maternal & child health, HIV/AIDS, malaria, WASH, and climate resilience powered by digital health transformation as the unifying force that connects, scales, and sustains every intervention.
Our Vision
A healthier East Africa where every sector from primary care to supply chain management is driven by real-time data and connected systems. We envision IMPACT Alliance's digital infrastructure underpinning universal health coverage across Kenya, Sudan, and Somalia.
Our Approach
We work across all health sectors digitizing supply chains in Somalia, deploying HMIS in Sudan, and connecting community health workers in Kenya. Our approach is always technology-first, community-centered, and government-partnered. We do not just implement programs we digitalize entire health systems.

OUR JOURNEY
A decade of digital health transformation across East Africa.
Founded in Khartoum
IMPACT Alliance established in Sudan with a focus on health information systems and primary healthcare for underserved communities. Early programs addressed maternal & child health and HIV/AIDS prevention across Sudan's informal settlements.
WASH & Malaria Programs Launched
Expanded programming to include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) interventions and malaria control initiatives in rural Sudan, reaching over 80,000 people with clean water access and insecticide-treated nets.
Expanded to West States - Sudan
Opened our West States in Sudan office to address critical health system gaps in conflict-affected regions. Launched emergency health systems strengthening programs and community health worker training across three states.
Digital Health Pivot
Launched our flagship digital health platform, connecting 500 health facilities across Sudan. Introduced electronic medical records (EMR), telemedicine pilots, and SMS-based community health reporting digitizing care for 200,000 patients.
Climate & Health Nexus Program
Pioneered a Climate Change & Health program in Somalia and Sudan, addressing the growing health burden of climate-related diseases including heat stress, vector-borne illness, and food insecurity through community resilience frameworks.
Somalia Operations Begin
Established presence in Somalia, partnering with the Federal Ministry of Health on nationwide Health Management Information System (HMIS) deployment. Simultaneously launched maternal health and HIV/AIDS programs in Mogadishu and Baidoa.
1 Million People Reached
Crossed the 1 million milestone reaching people with digital health services, clean water, malaria prevention, and maternal care across Sudan, and Somalia. Expanded our digital health platform to 180 facilities.
Health Systems Scale-Up
Scaled health systems strengthening programs across all three countries, training 3,500 community health workers and deploying integrated digital dashboards for real-time disease surveillance, supply chain visibility, and program monitoring.
10.5M+ People Reached
Achieved our largest impact year reaching 10.5 million people and digitizing 12 million health records. Launched advanced AI-powered analytics for disease outbreak prediction and expanded WASH coverage to 340 communities.
e-LMIS Somalia — Transforming Supply Chain Management
Developed and deployed a tailored electronic Logistics Management Information System (e-LMIS) for Somalia a purpose-built software solution that now serves Somalia's Central Medical Stores and all health facilities nationwide. The system enables accurate, real-time tracking of medical commodities, eliminating stockouts and waste, and ensuring precise supply chain management from the central warehouse to the last-mile facility.
